If you haven’t yet been certified in CPR and First Aid, I would highly suggest you do.  You could save the life of someone you Love, or be the hero to someone you meet. If you saw a complete stranger choking… what would you do? What could you do? Are you certified and trained to help save lives? Sacrifice…

Little is accomplished in life without some sort of sacrifice.  As I reflect on the holiday we celebrate today, Independence Day, I think of all the courageous and dedicated people before me who had to sacrifice so much for the freedoms we enjoy today.  Was this an easy choice for them, not necessarily, but it undoubtedly was something they believed in and felt worthy of the sacrifices that were ahead of them. More than a Mission Statement

A mission statement is a vital piece of any successful business plan.  As defined by Wikipedia, “a mission statement is a formal, short, written statement of the purpose of a company or organization. The mission statement should guide the actions of the organization, spell out its overall goal, provide a sense of direction, and guide decision-making. Phoenix Crashed and Burned!

Great article about “timing” for your real estate purchase by the Wall Street Greek Real Estate Columnist Michael Douville. Douville comments on market conditions for the Phoenix area specifically and that the infamous “location, location, location” should in our present economy be replaced wit “timing, timing, timing”… following is an excerpt from the article; “Phoenix crashed and burned!
